Region 8 - Monroe

The Monroe Regional Action Coalition (RAC) includes the following parishes: Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union and West Carroll.

Formation of the Monroe RAC is currently under way.
